Your mornings here are more than just breakfast — they’re a curated experience. Fresh sourdough loaves and a rotating selection of homemade baked goods make surprise appearances throughout the week. Each day’s breakfast is a unique creation, thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented — whether sweet or savory, you’re in for a treat.

Staying multiple nights? You’ll enjoy a fresh, completely different menu each day. I take pride in crafting meals that surprise and satisfy — often reimagining classic dishes with a Northern twist on Southern comfort. Expect fresh fruit in many forms (charcuterie-style, in a bowl, or plated), followed by an entrée that could include:

  • Eggs Benedict with a creative twist

  • Dutch Baby pancakes or French crêpes with assorted toppings

  • The guest-favorite “Virginian” breakfast sandwich: toasted sourdough, mozzarella or feta, pesto, bacon/ham/sausage, avocado, and tomato

  • Southern-style bacon and eggs with house-baked sourdough or biscuits

  • Texas-shaped waffles topped with seasonal fruit

  • Mexican-inspired tortillas,, or quiches

  • French toast made with homemade sourdough or croissant bread

  • Ooey-gooey cinnamon buns, fresh from the oven

  • Breakfast pizza on fresh in house dough
